Homeowners who contact Ordermycheclks Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a concern and what to expect. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

Contact us about any of these:

• How a call or message with Ordermycheclks Floor Coating was handled
• How your personal data was used or protected
• Site content that looks wrong or confusing
• The conduct of a provider we referred you to

If You Have a Problem With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each manages its own quotes, pricing, products, warranties and customer service. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, raise it with the provider in writing first. Keep copies of everything you send.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps us keep the network accountable, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Ordermycheclks Floor Coating cannot resolve contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

How to File a Complaint

Email contact@ordermycheclks.monster and include:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's company name, if you know it
• A brief account of what happened and the outcome you want

Photos, notes and copies of any written estimate can help.

What Happens Next

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review the matter, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Not Satisfied

If our reply does not settle the issue, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may also be able to help.
